Microneedling or Electronic Micro-puncture

The principle of Multipuncture is a medium and deep stimulation of the dermis by micro-stimulation without almost painless trauma (micro needling) thanks to the application now of an electronic system of micropunction (Revive) informative link.

The skin cells respond to this stimulation, resulting in the release of growth factors, the proliferation of undifferentiated cells with production of neo-collagenesis and neo-angiogenesis.

This treatment does not lead to social exclusion, and can be renewed every 3 to 8 weeks

What is the injection of PRF/PRP?

PRF: Plasma Rich in Fibrin
The concept of PRF is based on the centrifugation of whole blood without anticoagulants (J Choukroun et al., 2001).
PRP or platelet rich plasma (Platelet Rich Plasma) is a concentrate of platelets

At the end of the centrifugation, a fibrin clot or a liquid containing the platelets and a majority of the white cells is obtained.

This fibrin clot called Platelet Rich Fibrin or PRF or platelet-rich Fibrin will release progressive and constant growth factors or cytokines in the medium (VEGF, PDGF, TGF Beta, Thrombospondin

The expected goal of these growth factors is to accelerate healing.


PRP (Plasma rich in platelets) is used for therapeutic purposes:

First of all, Hamilton stages V to VII and Ludwig stage III are indications for hair transplantation. The disappearance of bulbs in the affected areas is not an indication.
The treatments (VEGF, PDGF, TGF, bFGF and HGF) will allow an improvement of the capillary micro-circulation and a germinal stimulation of the bulb.
They are injected on the scalp in priority on the hairless areas or on the entire scalp, in papules.

In order to obtain an interesting effect, it is necessary to practice several close sessions to restart the process.

The current protocol is a minimum of 4 sessions at 15 days intervals, then 1 to 3 annual sessions.
The improvements observed are, (after a possible phase of temporary accentuation of the fall linked to the expulsion of telogen hair),
The sharp decrease in the fall (after the second session)
Improving the texture of the hair that becomes more silky and shiny.
